Uplifters Organization is a newly established, non-profit organization headquartered in Jordan. While rooted locally, our vision and impact are regional.
We are currently initiating inclusive development programming in Jordan with plans to expand to Syria and the Middle east.

Our team brings deep experience from international NGOs, with decades of collective work in humanitarian and development sectors. Every profile within our organization is closely aligned with our values of inclusion, equity, dignity, and sustainability — ensuring that our actions are guided by both expertise and purpose.
We are currently launching our programs in Jordan and Syria, with a vision to expand across the Middle East.
Our focus is on building inclusive systems, professional capacity building programs, supporting national efforts, and ensuring that persons with disabilities and marginalized groups are at the center of development.
Promote access to quality, inclusive education and early learning for children with disabilities across underserved communities in the region.
Expand access to community-based mental health and psychosocial support services, with a focus on trauma recovery, dignity, and resilience.
Support persons with disabilities, women, and youth to access skills training, entrepreneurship, and dignified work in inclusive environments.
Enhance national and local capacities to deliver accessible, rights-based physical rehabilitation and healthcare services.
Promote green, accessible, and inclusive spaces and homes that ensure safety, sustainability, and dignity for all — especially persons with disabilities.
Amplify the voices of persons with disabilities through advocacy, awareness-raising, and participation in public life and decision-making.
Collaborate with governments, civil society, and regional networks to influence policies and deliver impactful, community-driven change across the Middle East.
